Burns Real Estate Services was founded with the idea of being a complete home marketing service. 

If you are considering listing your home we have multiple sources to market your home which include mass email, featuring your property on all websites and social media platforms including BurnsRealtors.com, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc.…, placing appropriate signage, paid Facebook Ads, paid Adwerx ads, professional quality photos/video Burnsphotocinema.com  which include a video walkthrough, aerial drone photos/video, virtual twilight photos and a dedicated property website. We will also mail  just listed cards to neighbors in case they have family or friends that they would like to live near as well as listing it in our local Multiple Listing Service where 700 local Realtors will have access to show it while giving you continuous feedback on showings throughout the process. We have a very strong web presence and use extensive search engine optimization to drive potential buyers to our multiple sites.  We take tremendous pride in marketing our listings, not only to the general public, but to other Realtors as well and can assure you that we will do an excellent job of getting her home sold at the best possible price.

All of our services are provided on a contingency basis, We cover all marketing/advertising costs and don’t get paid until your home sells.
